Easter Brunch To Go with The Honey Baked Ham Company

As we have gotten older we’ve started to enjoy traveling for the holidays! This year we created an entire Easter Brunch To Go with The Honey Baked Ham Company! We’ll share our favorite tips for an easy Easter brunch for friends and family no matter where you are!

Tablescape

Instead of hosting our brunch at home we rented a beautiful Airbnb in a cozy chalet in Northern Michigan! We knew logistically we would need to prepare some things ahead of time. This applies whether you are renting a place to stay or helping host the holiday at your friends’ or family’s house. First things first, we purchased some pretty but DISPOSABLE paper plates, tableware, glasses etc. This way we could still have a beautiful tablescape without worrying about transporting anything fragile. We splurged on a MAGNIFICENT floral arrangement from a local florist, but you could easily replicate with some artificial flowers and greenery or even a simple vase of flowers.

Paper plates and disposable tableware made this Easter brunch tablescape easy to transport and still looked beautiful and festive!
The view from the upstairs loft! Our table looked so beautiful!

Food

Our go to Easter spread ALWAYS includes a Honey Baked Ham. Since we were hosting brunch this year we decided to serve a Honey Baked Boneless Ham. The Honey Baked Boneless ham still has the sweet, crunchy glaze we love, but is mildly smoked for a lighter taste. The day before we left we picked up our ham and some of the easy to prepare heat and serve sides. For an Easter Brunch we chose Green Bean Casserole, Double Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese, and Orange Rolls. We also grabbed a Red Velvet Cake for dessert! Everything packed easily into a cooler. The best part of choosing a Honey Baked Ham is it’s already pre-cooked for you! This made cooking the morning of our brunch so simple! All we had to do was pull our ham out of the fridge and stick our sides in the oven! No matter who’s kitchen you are in – The Honey Baked Ham Company makes the meal SO EASY.

Preparing brunch with Honey Baked Ham’s Heat and Serve sides is so easy. Keeping them in a cooler made the transport a breeze!
The Honey Baked Ham Boneless ham is pre-sliced and ready to serve! The flavor is amazing.
Green Bean Casserole is one of our favorite sides. This was our first time trying the Mac & Cheese – it was amazing and perfect for a brunch!
Don’t forget dessert! We loved the Red Velvet Cake!

Easter Cocktail

We love serving a special cocktail to our guests. This year we paired our Easter brunch with a Blood Orange White Wine Spritzer. Here is the Recipe!

We loved this fizzy and tart cocktail!

Leftovers

One of my favorite parts of eating a HoneyBaked Ham is the LEFTOVERS! You can do so much with this versatile ham. This year we made Sweet & Spicy Ham Sliders. Warning – these little sandwiches are highly addictive! The secret ingredient is the HoneyBaked Ham Hatch Chile Jalapeño Jam. This adds an amazing zip to the sandwich. Check out the easy recipe below!

We hope you enjoyed these fun Easter Brunch tips and that you try a HoneyBaked Ham for your Easter celebration!
